A receptionist at VACC since 2006,Susan came from seven years in the human medical profession, and greatly enjoys the change to veterinary medicine. She enjoys reading and gardening in her free time.


Pat began working at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod in 1997 as a Client Care Representative. In 2006, she became our Client Care Director, and in 2007 took on the role of Office Manager. Pat is now practice manager at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod.

Pat's interests include golfing, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and enjoying life on Cape Cod with family and friends.


A breeder of Cairn terriers and part-time pet groomer, Karen has worked in veterinary hospitals since 1974. Originally from Natick, she has been a receptionist at VACC since 1989.

Karen's hobbies include hiking, running and attending dog shows.


A hospital receptionist since 1967, Shirley is a West Falmouth native and attended Barnstable High School. With over forty years at the front desk at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod, Shirley enjoys all the many relationships with clients that she has formed over the years.

Shirley likes to spend her free time gardening, shopping, spending time at Foxwoods, and taking care of Max, the hospital's macaw.


Meghann joined the client service team in 2008. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as her two sweet boxers Mason and Nora.


Ann joined VACC in February 2012. Originally a native of the Mid-Hudson Valley area of New York, Ann has lived on Cape Cod since 2002.

With nine years experience as a receptionist, Ann is happy to be part of the Client Services team at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod. In addition to being a Client Services Representative, Ann is a Room Technician, assisting the doctors and our clients and their pets.

In her spare time, Ann, and her husband, enjoys all that the Cape has to offer, along with their two fun dogs, "Izzy" and "Will".
