
A receptionist at VACC since 2006, Susan came from seven years in the human medical profession, and greatly enjoys the change to veterinary medicine. She enjoys reading and gardening in her free time.
Pat began working at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod in 1997 as a Client Care Representative. In 2006, she became our Client Care Director, and in 2007 took on the role of Office Manager. Pat is now practice manager at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod.
Pat's interests include golfing, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and enjoying life on Cape Cod with family and friends.
A breeder of Cairn terriers and part-time pet groomer, Karen has worked in veterinary hospitals since 1974. Originally from Natick, she has been a receptionist at VACC since 1989.
Karen's hobbies include hiking, running and attending dog shows.
A hospital receptionist since 1967, Shirley is a West Falmouth native and attended Barnstable High School. With over forty years at the front desk at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod, Shirley enjoys all the many relationships with clients that she has formed over the years.
Shirley likes to spend her free time gardening, shopping, spending time at Foxwoods, and taking care of Max, the hospital's macaw.
Raeann is from Springfield, Massachusetts, where she worked as a technician for Rowley Animal Hospital. She was also the lead handler and groomer for a canine boarding, daycare and grooming facility. She and her family have been breeding, showing, and training Great Danes for ten years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as her Great Dane Oliver, Chihuahua mix Brutus, and ferret Layla.
A Border Collie breeder and all breed dog trainer, Cokie has worked at both Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod and the Forestdale Clinic since 1996. She was a stock dog competitor for many years and earned numerous ribbons and trophies. Outside the Forestdale Clinic, Cokie spends time with her husband of 31 years and her bevy of Border Collies and enjoys gardening and photography.
Meghann joined the client service team in 2008. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as her two sweet boxers Mason and Nora.
